Alison is...

Alison is an awesome cook. Almost every single night she conjures up a fantastic meal for us. She doesn't seem to be restrained by dish or style, she can nail them all. This is one of my favorite benefits of her being home with Ada. I think it runs in her family. Her mom and all of her sisters (except maybe one (she only makes good crepes...j/k)) are great cooks as well.

Alison is an amazing mom. I can see why she's the mom and I'm the dad. She has so much patience with Ada (and myself) that it often amazes me. Although we are both new at this (relatively anyway, Ada is 8 1/2 months old), Alison always seems to know the right thing to do with her.

Alison is very, very smart. Although she hasn't been in school for almost 4 years, she hasn't lost her edge. Today we enjoyed a brain puzzle while we were driving to and from my parents house and Alison really impressed me with her skill. She is a top-notch speller, quick at math, chemistry and seems to remember almost everything that's she's ever learned. This leads to the next one...

Alison is incredibly memorable (By this I mean that she has an incredible memory). She often reminds me of things from our marriage that I have no recollection of and her and her siblings can easily sit and reminisce about things forever. I wish that I had half the memory that she does.

Alison is really athletic. She loves to play soccer and other sports. Maybe you remember that soccer requires a lot of running. In order to run, you've got to be very athletic. I hate running. Along with being athletic, she loves to watch sports and she often knows more about what is going on in the game than I do.

Alison is sweet, kind, gentle, lovable, kissable and so on. Everybody who knows her knows that she is always willing to lend a helping hand. She is kind to everybody and is always reminding me to talk nicely about other people...

Alison is fun and funny. Whenever we are together there is laughing, and good humor all around. She laughs about funny things and when she laughs about things that I didn't originally find very funny, by the end of it all she will have convinced me of why it was funny (I'm not sure if that made sense but on we go).

Alison is a superb musician. She is an amazing pianist and it seems like she can just about play anything. She is very good singer as well. It is a blessing to have her musical abilities in our family.

Alison is hot. By this I mean not just hot but very hot. She is beautiful and I find myself lucky to have landed her. I love you Alison!

That last comment is a little creepy because we don't even know who Mr. (or Mrs.) anonymous is...

I agree! I was thinking the same thing. I say that the elusive 'Anonymous' comes clean.

Wow, who knew that ALL of Al's sisters could cook (the youngest excepted)? Perhaps we ought to pass that news along to Hy . . . . :) Thanks Seabass!
